Recently came in for a full body massage, the whole experience was Devine. The room was lovely and dark, the heated bed and blankets made it feel super cosy on a very cold day, and the massage was so nice the heated oil was a lush extra . I’ve never been disappointed, always come away feeling so relaxed and completely pampered. They have got it all so right!!! Best place in Lowestoft for a massage! – always recommend x

My first visit back for a while, I had got out of sync due to Covid and moving an hour away! Having tried to find a beauticians in my new local area to the standard of Florence with no joy!! So I will now continue to visit and a lot more regularly. Loved the little face-lift to reception area and of course the professional and friendly ladies. And all the new up to date treatments constantly being added to the treatment list. Thanks girls 🤎

Always a relaxing experience and my skin has never looked or felt so good. I used to wear foundation daily, now I feel confident enough to go for a night out, and go to work without any on. I’ve spent loads if money over the years on creams that say they’ll do this…but they dont, I only ever use the products Laura has advised ,nothing more and I’ll not buy anything else. All the girls are very welcoming, the salon has a fantastic atmosphere

I thoroughly enjoyed my massage. The pressure was perfect and I felt very looked after and welcome. The lady that greeted me was very friendly and I instantly felt relaxed. It was lovely to discuss my needs before the treatment which meant I could totally relax throughout trusting the lady fully. I will be back for another as it’s one of the best massages Iv ever had. Thank you so much for making me feel special from the moment I walked in to the moment I left.

From the second my mum and I went through to the spa Eloise made us feel so relaxed she was polite, informative, patient and caring. The other team members were absolutely excellent as well. My mum and I had a wonderful time there today, the atmosphere is delightful and you feel calm relaxed and welcome. The whole team were happy to help with anything and the skills used during our treatments couldn’t get any better, my mum who suffers pain daily stated that after Ellis had finished she had no pain at all in her body and I honestly couldn’t have asked for more. We will be highly recommending you to anyone and everyone and most certainly will be returning. Thank you to the whole team, my mum and I had a really beautiful time with you xx

I had my first consultation/treatment with Louise today. The consultation was thorough from start to finish. Louise talked me through every part of my treatment. It was a very relaxing experience, and Louise is a very warm, knowledgeable and friendly person, she completed the whole experience for me. I’ve been suffering with lower back pain for a while, so booked to have the Florence Signature Massage and it was amazing. Eloise made me feel so comfortable and relaxed. I could feel the tension leaving my body, will definitely be booking another soon and would 100% recommend.
