Laura - Business Owner
Expert Skin Specialist

Laura is the founder of Florence Day Spa which has been based at Waterlane for over 5 years, she has 19 years industry experience and 11 years of teaching experience giving her that expert status and recognition in our ever growing industry. Specialising in skin health, advanced technologies and electrolysis Laura spends her days in the salon hands on with the ever growing collection of advanced technologies Florence has to offer. Beyond her professional role as salon owner and mentor Laura enjoys spending time with her partner Ben walking her crazy but lovely fox red Labrador Dexter as well as heading off on a well earned jolly at every given opportunity.

Ellis -
Beauty Therapist & Advanced Skin Specialist

Our lovely Ellis joined the team in 2021 and with over 9 years industry experience she brings so much to the team with her knowledge and ideas. She enjoys all aspects of beauty therapy but also has a fine talent for marketing and social media looking after our socials and delivering educational but fun content keeping our clients and followers up to date with all that goes on here at Florence HQ. Ellis is a great all rounder with fantastic reviews in all her treatments whether it be manicures, intimate waxing, deep tissue massages or our recently launched divine pro skin and body treatment. When she’s not working or tweaking the ‘socials’ Ellis enjoys spending her time with her beloved Frenchie Sid and boyfriend Ollee and if you didn’t already know she has a clear love and passion for a certain Mr Styles.

Eloise -
Beauty Therapist & Advanced Skinc Specialist

Bringing youth and stamina to the team is our crazy but lovely Eloise, Joining us as a trainee in 2018 where she was taught by Laura at the local college, Eloise is our longest serving therapist and has grown and flourished with Florence. With 5 years industry experience Eloise is highly trained and offers all aspects of beauty therapy but she is most passionate about body care, massage and skin peels. specialising in pregnancy and oncology massage not only does she have great knowledge but also the perfect touch. Outside of the salon Eloise loves to socialise with her boyfriend Ben and their friends and spends most weekends dancing the night away and making memories.

Jo -
Beauty Therapist & Advanced Skin Specialist

Jo is our fantastic part time therapist, qulaifying in 2006 Jo worked in the industry in local salons for a number of years before taking a couple of breaks to start and raise her family, keeping her hand in doing nails on friends and family Jo realised just how much she missed the industry therefore reignited her career as a beauty therapist with Florence in 2021. Specialising in everything nails Jo’s knowledge and skill is exceptional and she has quite a client following. She has recently found a new love for skincare and in particular our most sought after Geneo+ facial. Outside of work Jo isn’t only a wife and mum to two ever growing children but she also opens her home and her heart being a much love and respected foster carer so as you can imagine Jo’s life is full to the brim. .

Amy -
Beauty Therapist & Junior Skin Specialist

Next up our lovely Amy, Amy joined us last year but has 7 years industry experience and a clear passion for everything in our industry. 

Amy Specialises in sports and remedial massage and will always go that extra mile for her clients and colleagues.

Melissa -
Beauty Therapist & Junior Skin Specialist

Lastly but by no means least is our beautiful Melissa, joining us part time last year has a love for everything lashes and brow with a keen mind to learn new things dipping her toes into the world of skincare with us. 

When she is not here with us in clinic she is busy being Mummy to little Hazariah.
