To confirm your treatment booking, a 50% booking fee is required. You have the flexibility to cancel or modify your booking up to 48 hours before your scheduled visit at no additional cost. Failure to comply with the cancellation policy will result in the remaining balance being charged. When booking via our app, you authorise Phorest to debit your card for the full treatment cost; please be assured that we do not retain or have access to your card details. For bookings made over the phone or in-salon, payment of this fee is necessary before scheduling another service
