Advanced cosmetic procedures, also referred to as Advanced Electrolysis, is a new adaption of the well-established and thoroughly tested treatment known as Electrolysis. This method has since become increasing popular due to its effectiveness and adherence to hygiene standards in addressing various unsightly skin blemishes. Originally developed in the early 1900s, Electrolysis primarily targeted ingrown hairs, spider naevi, xanthoma (yellow fatty deposits commonly found around the eyes), and port wine marks. Since its inception, the treatment has undergone significant evolution.
Today, Advanced Electrolysis offers a comprehensive solution, capable of safely and effectively addressing over 21 different types of blemishes without resorting to surgical intervention and with minimal recovery time. The procedure, while somewhat uncomfortable, is generally well tolerated by patients. Post-treatment effects are typically minimal, with slight tightness and scabbing being the most common occurrences. Prior to treatment, a thorough consultation is conducted to assess the client’s suitability and to formulate an appropriate treatment plan. Comprehensive aftercare guidance is provided following the procedure.
